A Cold Summer ft. ThubeLinks
The spark died and we tried to ignite the fire with ashes, our love felt like a never ending cigarette. Harmful in its nature but you can’t seem to get enough. Pity the fire had to go cold. i could feel the disconnection each time I inhaled parts of you. getting disconnected from myself each time the illusion of connection existed between us. we drifted apart, but me being the moon of your life as a tide, me being the sun your life couldn’t bear with, the darkness is always more appealing to those with a lot to lose anyway, i couldn’t pull you closer to me. i figured it was too late cause you had already forgotten where your home was which was the warmth of my arms.
